1. Services

TH💡NK provides business incubation, project management, brand architecture, CRM integration, campaign strategy, workforce training, and event space rentals ("Services"). Specific deliverables may be outlined in individual contracts or statements of work.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Payment Terms

All services are billed according to the terms in your agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

Invoices are due upon receipt.

Late payments may incur a 5% monthly late fee.

Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, systems, written content, logos (including the TH💡NK logo), service models, and campaign infrastructure developed by TH💡NK remain the intellectual property of the Company unless explicitly transferred in writing. You may not reproduce or use our materials without written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary materials, personnel, and approvals. Failure to do so may delay project timelines and release TH💡NK from certain obligations.

6. Event Space Use

Use of our event space is subject to separate rental agreements. Users are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and respecting posted capacity and community guidelines. TH💡NK reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its sole discretion.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt mediation in the state of Oregon before pursuing legal action. The laws of the State of Oregon govern this Agreement.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
