The origin of TH💡NK stemmed from a string of Community Action Stakeholder meetings in 2016 held in our original conference room in 2016 surrounding complex regulatory and economic discussions (The Original IBM Server Room) in the Company's Incubation Hub situated in a rural Community in Northern California.

Professionals, advocates, engineers would convene to discuss our concerns and in alignment and solidarity towards building a more resilient community and economically stronger future. What started as a loosely and widely used term "Think Tank" would then evolve into something much bigger.

By 2018 the Think "N Tank Resource Center was officiated and was in line to be the only Resource Center of it's kind offering professional services, a co-working hub, business resource support serving individuals and industry professionals. It may have been the most progressive action taken towards demonstrating community resiliency during its time as a Resource Hub in our humble community, then COVID hit. We immediately stepped into action and became a registered provider of emergency services and adapted our framework to meet our Community's needs for professional support.

Even as COVID affected our community well into 2021 we continued to thrive in a downturn economy, leveraging creative means to accommodate our co-working partners and diversifying support services for relief efforts into our portfolio, proving we were adaptive. We acted as a relief valve providing critical support services for many who didn't know where to turn as every facility was closed throughout our Community. The space served Education, Healthcare, Government Outreach, Depositions, Court Reporting, and workspace for traveling professionals throughout 2021-2024 with enormous positive feedback for our accommodations, flexibility and affordability.

Flash Forward to 2024: We found our new HQ in Rogue River, OR

TH💡NK as a brand was brought to life because we recognized a need for a Community Based Management Organization in Southern Oregon that specializes in professional support systems, management, compliance, technical builds and automation, much like the work we did as a Project Management Organization (PMO) in regulatory Compliance with a Community First mission in mind.

All of my best innovations, that which were born out of my own entrepreneurial fatigue molded a solutions based framework for our services. I was tired of watching brilliant ideas stall out—especially in rural, underserved, and underestimated communities. including my own ideas and innovations. I saw founders and creatives with talent, purpose, and potential get buried under fragmented tools, consultant fatigue, and a lack of real execution support. I knew we could do better.

TH💡NK was built to bridge that gap—between inspiration and implementation, between bold vision and scalable infrastructure. I didn’t just want to offer advice; I wanted to build a system that launches people. One that empowers founders, uplifts communities, and makes business creation accessible, fast, and legacy-driven.

As the Architect of TH💡NK I am a Project & Compliance Strategist and Innovative Management Consultant by nature, with over a decade of experience transforming businesses through execution-driven solutions. You specialize in technical project management, regulatory compliance, business infrastructure, and launch system design for startups, professional firms, and creative ventures.

I've led initiatives across consulting, real estate, finance, land compliance, and co-working sectors—often taking on high-level roles like Chief Operating Officer, Startup Founder, and Project Architect. My work combines hands-on project execution, system design (CRM, workflows, compliance tracking), and community-driven impact, including workforce development and space activation.

I’ve supported founders, legal teams, financial firms, and government-adjacent partners by crafting the operational backbone that helps businesses scale smart and stay aligned with ever-changing regulatory and market demands.
